International NGO Safety Organization (INSO)- www.ngosafety.org is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join our Somaliland team as Training Officer based in Hargeisa, Somaliland
This is a National Position.
Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Officer is responsible for conducting, facilitating, and delivering high-quality training and providing support to the Training Manager in the delivery of courses, course design and development, monitoring and evaluation of training delivery impact and train, mentor and develop training assistant.
The Training Officer will also provide support in the preparation of administration, course reports, financial management and statistical reports for the Director, Horn of Africa, for the benefit of INSO Donors and NGO beneficiaries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or Post Graduate Diploma in Education or equivalent relevant practical
- Security/safety training course
- Certified occupational experience of training
- First Aid qualification – Advanced First Responder trainer highly
- Four years of experience in a Security/Safety training
- Somalia/Somaliland experience is an added advantage
