SRCS SOMALILAND wishes to procure Wash and Shelter NFI’S with the support of the IFRC. Therefore, SRCS invites potential and interested suppliers to bid for the supply of these kits with the following descriptions and

Eligibility of the bidders includes:
- Proven track record and technical expertise in dealing with the Supply of Shelter and NFIs
- Samples for each item MUST be provided with the quotation
- Quotation Validity (90 days),
- Delivery time
- Should be registered and possess valid licenses per the law of Somaliland
- Should have a tax clearance certificate
Qualified suppliers or firms are invited to obtain further information and collect bidding documents/Requests for Quotations by writing e-mail to procurementsrcs@gmail.com SRCS Procurement Manager from 1st December – 3rd December 2023 or by vising the SRCS Office as shown below.

The SRCS shall not take any responsibility for any expense incurred by bidders in connection with the bid preparation.
Bidders should fulfil all requirements specified in the bid document/RFQ and should comply with the specified terms and conditions.
Complete bid documents in sealed envelopes should be placed at the tender box placed at the security gate of the SRCS Hargeisa Coordination Office on or before 4th December 2023, by 12.00 pm. Unsealed bids received after the submission deadline shall be rejected. Therefore, bidders are responsible for the submission of their bids on time and by the instructions provided in the RFQ.
