1. The Government of Somaliland – Ministry of Finance Development has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the [DRMPFMCSP in 10 Million, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Vehicles for Project Support to Institutions to be delivered to Hargeisa in the DRMPFMCSP Coordination Office, Opposite to Ministry of Education and Science within 40 Days after Signing Contract
2. The Ministry of Finance Development – DRMPFMCSP Coordination Office now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Vehicles as below:

Toyota Prado (4×4) Vehicle or equivalent – 2No

Toyota Landcruiser Vehicle or equivalent – 1No

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 1^st, 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Government of Somaliland, Ministry of Finance Development, Coordination Office and inspect the bidding document during the office hours (12:00PM – 4:00 pm) at the address given below:

5. The bidding document in English can be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 07^th April 2020. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address above on 07^th April 2020.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration.
