The Taiwan Medical Mission in the Republic of Somaliland invites the tender for Solar +Residential/Commercial BESS.
- Residential BESS: PS 20 Residential/Commercial Storage System
Additional Requirements.
- For the Solar + Residential/Commercial BESS integrated System.
- Technical data sheet:
- Training: If requested, the supplier must provide a training session for the technicians to ensure familiarity with the equipment.
- Origin of Products: Products manufactured in China or by Chinese companies will not be considered.
- Pricing: The price of the product and the shipment cost should be listed separately in the quotation.
- Tender Participants must be Taiwanese’ company and Somali’s company forming consortium.
- Production Leadtime: 8 ~ 12 weeks
- Shipping lead time: 4~6 weeks
- Delivery Term: Products are FOB Taiwan, and Taiwan Medical Mission should be informed within 4 weeks of placing the order.

- Tender Opening:23 March 2025
- Submission Deadline: 29 March 2025
- Bid Opening:5 April 2025 9:00 am Somaliland local time
- Submission Process: Interested bidders should submit their tender documents via email to the Taiwan Medical Mission at tmm_sln@w.tmu.edu.tw.
- Evaluation Criteria: The winning bid will be selected based on compliance with the above requirements.
