Notice is hereby given that Swedish Match North Europe AB of SE-118 85 Stockholm, Sweden is sole owner and only proprietor of the trademark shown below.
Which is used and/or to be used in connection with the following goods in International class 34. Tobacco and tobacco substitutes; cigarettes and cigars; electronic cigarettes; oral vaporizers; smokers’ articles; matches; tobacco sticks; tobacco products for the purpose of being heated; devices for heating tobacco and tobacco substitutes for the purpose of inhalation; liquids for electronic cigarettes; tobacco free oral nicotine pouches, not for medical use; tobacco substitutes in the form of plant-fiber based products for oral use; snus; tobacco free snus; snuff; tobacco free snuff; nicotine gum, not for medical use; nicotine patches, not for medical use; nicotine impregnated strips, not for medical use; lozenges and tablets that contain nicotine, not for medical use; cases and decorative covers for electronic cigarettes, oral vaporizing devices and devices for heating tobacco and tobacco substitutes for the purpose of inhalation; cannisters, cases and tins for nicotine pouches, nicotine patches, nicotine gum, nicotine impregnated strips, nicotine lozenges and nicotine tablets; parts and fittings for the aforementioned goods in class 34.
Notice is hereby given to all concerned including dealers that any illegal use for the aforesaid trademark shall constitute acts prejudicial to the rights of our clients, the proprietors of the said trademark, and shall render such person liable to civil as well as criminal proceedings. Any person, company or firm caught or found imitating, copying, using, or infringing otherwise improperly using the above trademarks without the permission of the owners shall be prosecuted with the law of the Somaliland
