The Taiwan Technical Mission in the Republic of Somaliland is inviting supplier to tender for supplying teaching manikin package with the following items:

  1. Two Defibrillators (with TCP);
  2. Four sets of Little Anne QCPR with Carry Bag with SkillGuide;
  3. Two sets of Little Baby QCPR with SkillGuide;
  4. Two Trainer AEDs;
  5. Two sets of Airway Management Trainers;
  6. Two sets of Total Adult Airway Management Kits;
  7. Two sets of Three-in-one oxygen supply equipment sets;
  8. Two adjustable Adult Extrication collars;
  9. Two adjustable Child Extrication collars;
  10. Two Interactive ECG Simulators W/POST;
  11. Two Defibrillator trainers;
  12. Two Training sets;
  13. Two sets of Vacuum splint devices;
  14. Two sets of Kendrick extrication devices, KED;
  15. Two Pelvic slings;
  16. Three sets of First aid kits;
  17. Three sets of Spinal board and head immobilization devices;

Please note that the priority is given to brands from the United States, the European Union, Japan, or Taiwan. Also, for the current procurement, it is crucial that the shipment be carried out by air freight to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, all instruments and equipment must operate on a voltage of 220V to be compatible with our electrical systems. The electrical plugs for all devices should conform to the British standard (Type G). Moreover, a minimum one-year warranty is required for all instruments and equipment. Any consumables must have a minimum shelf life of 18 months from the date of delivery.  Please ensure that all proposals comply with these specifications to be considered for this procurement process.   Interested bidders must submit bidding documents (company certificate, bidding quotation, item specifications which should include the brand, catalogue or model) sealed in an envelope. Please ensure that the envelope is sealed and clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL”; “Tender for supplying teaching manikin package” and sent to the Public Health Emergency Response Enhancement Project Office in the Ministry of Health Development.
