Tender Notice:
Bedside Continuous Patient Monitors
The Taiwan Medical Mission in the Republic of Somaliland invites the tender for bedside continuous patient monitors.
- Smart Patient Monitor: Wireless 3-in-1 (EKG, SpO2, NIBP) patient monitors
- Quantity:6 set
Additional Requirements.
- To be wirelessly connected to hospital specified HIS system.
- Other non-China-made products of equivalent specifications are acceptable.
- Technical data sheet:
- Training: If requested, the supplier must provide a training session for the technicians to ensure familiarity with the equipment.
- Origin of Products: Products manufactured in China or by Chinese companies will not be considered.
- Pricing: The price of the product and the shipment cost should be listed separately in the quotation.
- Tender Participants must be Taiwanese’ company and Somali’s company forming consortium.
- Production Leadtime:6-10 weeks
- Shipping lead time:4-6 weeks
Delivery Term: Products are FOB Taiwan, and Taiwan Medical Mission should be informed within 4 weeks of placing the order

- Tender Opening:19 June 2025
- Submission Deadline: 25 June 2025
- Bid Opening:30 June 2025 9:00 am Somaliland local time
- Submission Process: Interested bidders should submit their tender documents via email to the Taiwan Medical Mission at tmm_sln@w.tmu.edu.tw.
- Evaluation Criteria: The winning bid will be selected based on compliance with the above requirements.
