Tender Notice: Air Tickets to Taiwan

The Taiwan Medical Mission In The Republic Of Somaliland Invites The Tender Of Organising Air Tickets To Taiwan.

Additional requirements

• Up to 4 return tickets in the economy class
• Departure Airport: Hargeisa Egal International Airport (HGA), Somaliland
• Arrival Airport: Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), Taiwan
• Only two flight itineraries are considered, please see below:
  1. Itinerary one: HGA -> Dubai (DXB) -> TPE, and the inbound
  2. Itinerary two: HGA -> Addis Ababa (ADD) -> Bangkok (BKK) -> TPE, and the inbound

• Countries and airports that do not recognize Somaliland passports are not considered, such as Hong Kong International Airport
• Outbound travel date from HGA: November 1^st 2024
• Inbound travel date from TPE: November 29^th 2024
• Please submit quotations, including
  1. Itemized price per ticket and total cost
  2. Detailed flight itinerary with airline, flight numbers, dates and times
  3. Baggage allowance and other inclusions/restrictions
  4. Ticket validity terms and conditions
  5. Required lead time for booking confirmation

Tender Timeline

• Tender Opening: October 8^th 2024
• Submission Deadline: October 15^th 2024 5 pm Somaliland local time
• Bid Opening: October 16^th 8 am Somaliland local time
• Submission Process: Interested bidders should submit their tender documents via email to the Taiwan Medical Mission at TMM_SLN@outlook.com and 112235@w.tmu.edu.tw.
• Evaluation Criteria: The winning bid will be selected based on compliance with the above requirements.
