ACTIVITY NAME: 5 Shallow well Rehabilitation in Gogaysa village, Gabiley district
Dear Contractors,
Interested construction Contractors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works to submit their offers against the Rehabilitation for 5 Shallow wells in Gogaysa village of Maroodjijeex Region.
Tender Procedures and Instruction
- Bid documents with detailed specifications and conditions are available and obtainable from Candlelight, Hargeisa Office.
- Bid documents shall be submitted in hard copy within sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box provided at the entrance of the office.
- Any tender document not deposited in the tender box shall be disqualified.
- Bidder should sign tender registration form which will indicate the date bids were deposited to the tender box.
THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Partial Documents will not be accepted
- Tender envelop should be sealed with reference number and stamped.
- Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address
- Quotation price.
- Valid Registration certificates and Tax clearance
- Evidence of Past Experience in a similar work (experience certificates/Contract letters etc)
- All bids should be written in English.
How to Apply
- The interested constrictors shall collect the hard copy of detailed bidding document in hardcopy from Candlelight Burao and Hargeisa Offices between, 12th t0- 17th September 2019 from 8:00Am -2:30PM.
- The bidding document is available only in Hard copy at Candlelight Hargeisa offices and its allowed to send soft copy to any contractor.
- Interested Contractors with having sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works submit their bids with all the required documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked with tender Name and location above
- The completed tenders documents in sealed envelope shall be dropped at the tender boxes located at Candlelight Hargeisa/Burao offices.
- The deadline for submitting bids is 17th September 2019 at 03:00PM and any tender or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted.
