Hargeysa (Geeska)-Wasiirka Wasaaradda Ganacsiga Dr Cumar Shucayb Maxamed, ayaa ka hadlay heshiiska Soonka Ganacsiga Xorta ah ee Berbera (Free Zone), ee ay kala saxeexdeen Somaliland iyo Shirkada DP World, xilli Xukuumaddan muddo xileedkeedii uga hadhay muddo ka yar hal todobaad.

Wasiirka Wasaaradda Ganacsiga Dr Cumar Shucayb Maxamed, oo Wargeyska Geeska Afrika wax ka weydiiyey sababta wakhtigan keentay heshiiskan ayaa yidhi  “Free Zone-ku wuu jiray, horena waa loo qorsheeyey, balse mar haddii uu wakhtigan yimid, labada dhinaca ee Somaliland iyo DP World heshiiskan soo af jareen, oo ay dhammaayeen,  waan soo dhaweeynayaa”.

Mar aanu wax ka weydiinay sababta keentay inay Xukuumaddu heshiis gasho iyadoo muddo xileedkeedii uu maalmo yari ka hadhsan yahay ayaa ku jawaabay “Heshiiskani wuxuu daba socdaa heshiiskii aynu hore u galnay Shirkada DP World, wakhtigan ayeyna timid in la dhammeeyo, heshiiskana waxa inooga wakiil ahaa oo inoo matalayey Wasiirkeena Arrimaha Dibadda Wasiir Sacad,Xukuumad ahaana wax dalkeena iyo dalkeena faa’iido iyo qiimo ugu fadhiya mooye, marnaba lagama yaabana in wax dhib iyo dib u dhac ku keenaya inaynu saxeexno, waxaana filayaa oo aanu ku rajo weynahay in haddii aanu taladda dalka ku guulaysano in wax badani dalka u soo kordhi doonaan”.

Wasiirka Ganacsiga mar uu ka hadlaayey Madaxweynaha ayaa yidhi “Madaxweynuhu muddadii uu taladda dalka hayey, wuxuu qabtay wax badan oo la taaban karo, sida Waddooyinka, Mashriicaha faraha badan ee uu dalka ka fuliyey,dhismayaasha Wasaaraddaha ee dabaqyada laga dhigay, waxa kale oo xusid mudan inaynu Wadamo badan xidhiidho la sameeynay, xidhiidhadaas oo ay ka mid yihiin xidhiidho Ganacsi, markaas marnaba lama dafiri karo lamana qarin karo wuxuu Madaxweynuhu qabtay, mar haddii uu taladdii dalka ka degayana ajar, xasaanad iyo cimri dherer baynu  ugu ducaynaynaa, taariikhduna wey xusi doontaa wuxuu qabtay.”
